East Meets West is a cultural gathering of diverse Chinese and
Western artists, the works range from traditional Chinese watercolor brush
painting to western style impressionism, and realism. The exhibiting artists are highly regarded
in their field, both in China and the United States. The variety of the styles and the diversity
of the participating artists reflect the cultural exchange between East and
West. 一個名為《東西方藝術對話》（East
Meets West) 的畫展於四月九日晚上在芝加哥的墨菲西爾畫廊（Murphy
Hill Gallery)隆重揭幕，有四十多位來自美國中西部各地的華裔藝術家與數位美國藝術家的作品參展，規模相當龐大。
